In one of our recent updates, Creally introduced a feature to automate a previously manual task: analyzing creator statistics.

This function is built into the AI agent. To enable it, you need to:

1. Open your AI agent's page.
2. Enable the "Process Attachments" toggle.

1. Add a requirement in the agent's instructions to request statistics from the blogger.
2. Add instructions specifying the criteria and conditions for making an offer to the blogger.

Here is an example of what this part of the instructions might look like:

Analyze the blogger's provided statistics from email attachments for geo and gender distribution:

If the geo is suitable (COUNTRY is at least 50%) and the female audience is at least 60%, make an offer (use the "..." action and mark as "Negotiation").

If women make up less than 60% of the audience in the statistics, we need to state that this audience is not a good fit for us (use the "..." action and mark as "Rejected").

If the blogger sends screenshots of statistics, but they don’t include both geo and gender distributions, thank them and request additional screenshots with the missing data (use the "Incomplete stats" action and mark as "provided info").

If the blogger refuses to share screenshots or any channel statistics, thank them politely and explain that we cannot proceed without analytics data, but leave the door open for future opportunities (use the "..." action and mark them as "postponed").

In this example, we're asking the AI to analyze attachments with statistics (geo and gender distribution). If the stats fully meet our requirements, we send an offer. If there isn't enough data, we use a Quick Action to request the missing information. If the blogger refuses to send their stats, we thank them, explain that we can't move forward without the analytics, and politely end the conversation.

To request the missing statistics, we use the 'Incomplete Stats' Quick Action:

You are an Influencer Marketing Manager at COMPANY. The blogger has provided screenshots of their analytics. Your task is to check if they include both of the following:

• Audience geo distribution (countries/locations)
• Audience gender distribution (male/female %)

Rules for your response:

• If both are missing - ask for both geo and gender screenshots.
• If only geo is missing - ask only for geo.
• If only gender is missing - ask only for gender.
• If both are present - do not trigger this action (no reply needed).

Always:

• Thank them for sharing.
• Clearly state which information is missing.
• Politely request the missing screenshot(s).
• Keep the reply concise, professional, and encouraging.

IMPORTANT: The AI agent is currently an experimental feature and may make mistakes. At the moment, it can only process images of statistics, not .PDFs, links (Google Drive, Landing Pages, etc.).
