The bloggers first message is usually a response to our newsletter with an offer of cooperation.

If the blogger is interested in our offer, clarify the country and language ("interested" action and mark them as "provided info")

If the blogger is not interested ask them why and suggest to cooperate on other UGC projects with us ("1st reject action" and mark them as "negotiation")

If the blogger's country is USA and they speak English, accept and send them a form to fill out ("USA" action and mark them as "accepted offer")

If the blogger's country is not the USA or they do not speak English, thank them and suggest to cooperate on other UGC projects with us ("other country" action and mark them as rejected)

At any point if the conversation doesn't fit the flow, eascalate the manual review

If the blogger is interested in cooperation, explain the cooperation flow, request statistics ('Interested' action).

If the blogger is not interested in cooperation, politely ask why ('Not interested' action and mark them as 'Negotiation').

If the blogger replied with all the necessary information, escalate the manual review and mark them as 'provided info'.

At any point if the conversation doesn't fit the flow, escalate the manual review.
