To help you work faster and cut down on repetitive tasks when talking to creators, we've introduced "Quick Email Actions" - a way to create templates for your common replies.

You can create two types of Quick Actions:

• Predefined Text: This is a simple, saved message. It will be used exactly as you wrote it, every time.
• AI-Generated Reply: This option uses AI to generate a unique response based on your instructions and the context of the conversation.

Here’s how to create a Quick Action:

1. Go to your Settings.
2. Open Quick Email Actions.

1. Click 'New Action'.

1. Give it a name and description, then choose the action type: 'predefined' or 'AI-generated reply'.

   

• For a predefined message, just type in the text you want to save as a template.

  

• For an AI-generated reply, select the AI model you want to use (we recommend o3-mini or o4-mini for faster results) and provide a prompt that the AI will use to generate the response. You can find some example prompts here.

  

1. Click 'Create'.

That's it! To use your new Quick Action, just go to the Conversations page, open a chat with a creator, and you'll see a button with your action's name right above the text box. Click it, and the message will appear, ready for you to edit or send.

Favorite Actions

Since screen space is limited, you might not see all of your Quick Actions if you have more than six. To make sure your most-used actions are always front and center, you can mark them as favorites.

To do this, go to any conversation, find the Quick Actions section, click 'Manage', then 'Edit Favorites', and simply star the actions you use most.
